Dense Relief Stitch Knitting Pattern

How to knit Dense Relief Stitch:

Multiple of 4 + 1 + 2 edge sts.

Cast on 15 sts (4 + 4 + 4 + 1 + 2 edge sts) and work according to сhart.

The chart shows Right Side rows and Wrong Side rows.

The numbers at right edge of chart indicate RS rows, and at left edge WS rows.

The patt rep = 4 sts.

Row 1 (RS): edge st, * k1, work 3 sts from 3 (slip foll 2 sts together kwise to right-hand needle and place them back on left-hand needle, work K3tog tbl, without slipping the st from the needle, 1 yo and K3tog tbl), repeat from * to last 2 sts, k1, edge st.

Row 2 (WS): purl all stithes.

Row 3: edge st, k2, * k1, k1, slip foll 2 sts together kwise to right-hand needle and place them back on left-hand needle, work K3tog tbl, without slipping the st from the needle, 1 yo and K3tog tbl, repeat from * to last 4 sts, k3, edge st.

Row 4: purl all stithes.

Repeat these 4 rows for pattern.
