Lace Leaves Stitch Knitting Pattern

How to knit Lace Leaves Stitch:

Work with multiple of 9 stitches + 1 + 2 edge stitches.

Cast on 21 sts (1 + 9 + 9 + 2 edge sts) and work according to chart.

The chart shows only RS rows.

On WS rows, purl all sts and yo’s.

The pat rep = 9 sts wide.

Begin with 1 edge st and stitch before patt rep, work patt rep throughout, end with 1 edge st.

yo: yarn over

k2tog: knit 2 stitches together

skpo: slip 1 stitch as if to knit, knit 1 and pass the slipped stitch over the knitted stitch 

Rows 1, 3 and 5: edge st, k1, * (yo, k1) twice, yo, k2tog 3 times, k1, repeat from * to last stitch, edge st.

Rows 7, 9 and 11: edge st, k1, * skpo 3 times, (yo, k1) 3 times, repeat from * to last stitch, edge st.

Repeat Rows 1-12 throughout.
