Relief Diamond Stitch Knitting Pattern

Work with a multiple of 14 stitches + 3 + 2 edge stitches.

Cast on 19 stitches (1 + 14 + 2 + 2 edge stitches) and work according to chart.

The chart shows only Right Side Rows.

On Wrong Side Rows, work stitches as they appear; purl yarn-over loops.

The pattern repeat = 14 stitches wide.

Begin with 1 edge stitch and 1 stitch before patt rep, work patt rep throughout, end with 2 stitches after patt rep and 1 edge stitch.

k: knit

p: purl

yo: yarn over

k2tog: knit 2 stitches together

skpo: slip 1 stitch as if to knit, knit 1 and pass the slipped stitch over the knitted stitch

K3tog: knit 3 stitches together 

sk2p: slip 1 stitch as if to knit, knit 2 together and pass the slipped stitch over the knitted together stitches

Row 2 and all even-numbered rows (wrong side): work stitches as they appear on this side of work; purl yarn-over loops.
