Pullover with Lace Pattern

Size: M

Materials: 

Yarn: 300 g (55% Cotton, 45% Acrylic, yardage = 160 m/50 g); one pair quick knit needles and one circular needle, both size 3 mm (US 2.5).

Reverse stocking stitch (Rev st st): Work RS rows P and WS rows K.

Lace Pattern 1: 

Work according to chart 1. RS and WS rows are shown.

Lace Pattern 2: 

Work according to chart 2. Only RS rows are shown.

On WS rows work all sts as they appear, purl yos.

Gauge: 22 sts and 23 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Back: 

Cast on 121 sts and work in Lace Pattern 1 from A to C. 

Cont in Rev St st. 

Side Slants: Dec 1 stitch on every 6th row 6 times beg from Row 45 at each end = 95 sts. 

Armhole Shaping: When piece measures 47 cm from beg, bind off 3 sts once, 2 sts once and 1 st 4 times on every 2nd row at each end.

Neckline Shaping: After 65 cm from beg, bind off center 25 sts and complete both sides separately.

For rounding at inside edge bind off 2 sts 3 times and 2 sts once on every 2nd row.

Front: 

Beg same as back.

When piece measures 36 cm from cast on, work selected part of Lace Pattern of chart 1 over 17 center sts. 

Cont in Lace Pattern 2, then, beg with Row 9, work right and left side separately. 

When piece measures 68 cm from beg, bind off rem 2 sts at each end. 

Sleeve: 

Cast on 53 sts and work in Lace Pattern 1. 

Cont in Rev St st. 

Sleeve Slants: Inc 1 stitch on every 6th row 15 times beg from Row 25 at each end = 77 sts.

Cap Shaping: At each end, bind off 4 sts once, 2 sts twice, 1 st 12 times, 2 sts twice, 4 sts once and rem 21 sts once on every 2nd row. 

Finishing: 

Sew shoulder seams.

Sew side and sleeve seams. Set in sleeves.

Neck Band: Using circular needle, pick up 85 sts evenly around neck edge and work 4 rnds K, 1 rnd P, 5 rnds K.  

Corner Shaping: Work 3 sts tog on 2nd and 4th rows, make 3 sts from 1 (K1, yo, K1) on 7th and 9th rows.

Fold neck band in half to WS and sew in place.
