How to knit Oblique Diamonds:

Work with multiple of 12 stitches + 2 edge stitches.

Cast on 14 sts (12 + 2 edge sts) and work according to chart.

The chart shows Right Side rows and Wrong Side rows.

The numbers at right edge of chart indicate RS rows, and at left edge WS rows.

Read RS rows from right to left, WS rows from left to right.

The patt rep = 12 sts wide.

Row 1: edge st, * k6, p6 *; repeat from * to *, edge st.

Row 2: edge st, * p1, k6, p5 *; repeat from * to *, edge st.

Row 3: edge st, * k4, p6, k2 *; repeat from * to *, edge st.

Row 4: edge st, * p3, k6, p3 *; repeat from * to *, edge st.

Row 5: edge st, * k2, p6, k4 *; repeat from * to *, edge st.

Row 6: edge st, * p5, k6, p1 *; repeat from * to *, edge st.

Row 7: edge st, * p6, k6 *; repeat from * to *, edge st.
