Zig Zag Rib Knitting Stitch

How to knit ZigZag Rib Stitch:

Multiple of 3 + 1 + 2 edge sts.

Cast on 15 sts and work according to сhart.

RS row and WS row are shown.

Read RS row from right to left, WS row from left to right.

The pat rep = 3 sts.

Row 1: selvage st (edge), * k1, skip 1 stitch and purl the second stitch in front loop, then purl the skipped stitch in front loop, then slip both stitches from the needle together, repeat from *, k1, selvage st.

Row 2: selvage st, * p1, skip 1 st and knit the 2nd st in back loop, then knit the skipped stitch, then slip both stitches from the needle together, repeat from *, end with p1 and selvage st.

Repeat Rows 1+2 throughout.
