Lace Stitch Knitting Pattern

How to knit Lace Stitch:

Multiple of 24 + 2 edge sts.

Cast on 26 sts (24 + 2 edge sts) and work according to chart.

The chart shows only RS rows.

On WS rows, purl all sts and yo’s.

The pat rep = 24 sts wide.

Repeat patt between edge stitches throughout.

yo: yarn over

K3tog: knit 3 stitches together

sk2p: slip 1 stitch as if to knit, knit 2 together and pass the slipped stitch over the knitted together stitches

Row 1: edge st, * yo, k7, k3tog, k1, yo, k1, yo, k1, sk2p, k7, yo, k1, repeat from *, edge st.

Row 2 and all even-numbered rows: work all sts and yo’s P.
