How to knit Lace Diamond Stitch:
Work with a multiple of 10 sts + 3 + 2 edge sts.
Cast on 25 sts (6 + 10 + 7 + 2 edge sts) and work according to chart.
The chart shows only Right Side Rows.
On Wrong Side Rows, purl all sts and yo’s.
The patt rep = 10 sts wide.
Begin with 1 edge st and 6 sts before patt rep, work patt rep throughout, end with 7 sts after patt rep and 1 edge st.
yo: yarn over
k2tog: knit 2 stitches together
K3tog: knit 3 stitches together
skpo: slip 1 stitch as if to knit, knit 1 and pass the slipped stitch over the knitted stitch
Row 1: edge st, k4, k2tog, yo, * k1, yo, skpo, k5, k2tog, yo *; repeat from * to *; k1, yo, skpo, k4, edge st.
Row 2 and all even-numbered rows: purl all sts and yo’s.
