Fancy Stitch Knitting Pattern

How to knit Fancy Pattern:

Work with a multiple of 4 stitches + 1 + 2 edge stitches.

Cast on 23 stitches (4 stitches 5 times + 1 + 2 edge stitches) and work according to сhart.

The chart shows Right Side rows and Wrong Side rows.

The numbers at right edge of chart indicate Right Side rows, and at left edge Wrong Side rows.

The patt rep = 4 stitches wide.

k: knit

k3from3: K3tog through the back loop, work 1 yarn over without slipping the stitch from the needle, again K3tog through the back loop

Rows 1 and 5 (right side): edge stitch, * k3from3, k1 *; repeat from * to *; k1, edge stitch.

Row 2 and all even-numbered rows (wrong side): purl all stitches.

Row 3: edge stitch, k1, * k1, k3from3 *; repeat from * to *; edge stitch.

Rows 7 and 9: knit all stitches.

Vertically, repeat Rows 1-10 throughout.
