Short Sleeve Pullover in Lace Pattern

Size: 10 (US 8)

Materials:

Yarn: 400 g (50% Cotton, 50% Acrylic, 169 m/50 g); one circular knitting needle size 3 mm (US 2,5).

Rib Pattern: * K1, P1, rep from * throughout.

Lace Pattern:

Work according to chart. Only RS rows are shown.

On WS rows work all sts as they appear, purl yos.

Work Rows 1 - 22 once, then repeat Rows 3 - 22 throughout.

Back: 

Cast on 93 sts and work 2 cm in Rib Patt.

Cont to work in Lace Pattern.

Armhole Shaping: When piece measures 36 cm from beg, bind off at each end 4 sts once, then on every 2nd row 3 sts once, 1 stitch 3 times.

When piece measures 58 cm from beg, bind off all sts.

Front:

Work like back, but with deeper neckline.

Neckline Shaping: When piece measures 46 cm from beg, bind off center 20 sts and complete both sides separately.

For rounding at inside edge on every 2nd row, bind off 4 sts once, 2 sts twice and 1 stitch 6 times.

When piece measures 58 cm from beg, bind off all sts.

Sleeves:

Cast on 60 sts and work 2 cm in Rib Patt.

Cont to work in Lace Pattern.

Cap Shaping: When piece measures 10 cm from beg, bind off at each end 4 sts once, then on every 2nd row 3 sts twice, 1 stitch 18 times.

When piece measures 24 cm from beg, bind off all sts.

Finishing:

Join shoulder and side seams.

Sew in sleeves, join sleeve seams.

Neck Band: Using circular needle, pick up k sts evenly around neck edge and work 2 cm in Rib Pat.
