Short Sleeve Pullover in Lace Pattern

Size: 12/14 (US 8/10).

Materials:

Yarn: 400 g (100% Cotton, yardage = 370 m/100 g); one pair quick knit needles and one circular needle, both size 4 mm (US 6).

Garter st (gst): RS and WS rows K.

Lace Pattern: 

Work according to chart. Only RS rows are shown.

On WS rows work all sts and yos P.

Repeat Rows 1-22 throughout.

Back: 

Cast on 105 sts and work 6 rows in garter st.

Cont to work in Lace Pattern.

Armhole Shaping: When piece measures 36 cm from cast on, at both ends bind off 4 sts and then on every 2nd row 3 sts once and 2 sts once. 

Cont even. 

When piece measures 54 cm from cast on, bind off all sts.

Front: 

Work like back, but with deeper neckline.

When piece measures 44 cm from cast on, bind off center 35 sts and complete both sides separately. 

For rounding at inside edge bind off 3 sts once, 2 sts once and 3 sts 3 times.

Cont even.

When piece measures 54 cm from cast on, bind off all sts.

Sleeves: 

Cast on 71 sts and work 6 rows in garter st.

Cont to work in Lace Pattern.

Cap Shaping: When piece measures 16 cm from cast on, at both ends bind off 4 sts and then on every 2nd row 3 sts once, 2 sts once and 1 st 10 times. 

When piece measures 24 cm from cast on, bind off all sts. 

Finishing: 

Close shoulder seams.

Sew side and sleeve seams. Set in sleeves. 

With circular needle, pick up sts evenly around neck edge and work 6 rnds in gst. Then bind off all sts.
