Pullover in Lace Pattern

Sizes: 8/10 (US 6/8).

Materials:

Yarn: 250 g (60% mohair, 20% cotton, 20% acrylic, 250 m per 50 g ball); one pair knit needles and one circular knitting needle, both size 3 mm (US 2.5), crochet hook size 3 mm (US C). 

Rib Pattern: K1, P1 Rib.

Lace Pattern: 

Work according to chart. Only RS rows are shown.

On WS rows work all sts and yos P.

Repeat Rows 1-14 throughout.

Gauge:

with double strand in Lace Pattern: 14 sts and 22 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Back: 

With double strand, cast on 63 sts and work 1 WS row purl.

Cont in lace patt.

On Row 143 from beg, bind off all sts.

Front: 

Work like back, but with neckline.

Neckline Shaping: On Row 113 from beg, bind off center 11 sts and dec at both neck edges 2 sts every other row twice and 1 stitch 5 times.

On Row 143 from beg, bind off rem 17 shoulder sts on either side.

Sleeves: 

With double strand, cast on 33 sts and work 1 WS row purl. 

Cont in lace patt.

Sleeve shaping: On Row 7 from beg, inc 1 stitch at each end, then 1 sttitch every 7th row 13 times = 61 sts.

On Row 109 from beg, bind off all sts.

Finishing:

Sew side seam and join shoulder seams. 

Sew sleeve seams. Set-in sleeves.

Neck Band: With circular needle, pick up 74 sts evenly around neck edge and work 17 rnds in Rib Pat. Bind off all sts. 

Fold neckband in half to WS and sew in place.

With crochet hook, work 1 rnd sc and 1 rnd crab st (= sc from left to right) around bottom edges of sleeves, front and back. 

Join row with sl st (slip stitch) to first st.
