Lace Pullover in Blue

Size: L 

Materials: 

Yarn: 300 g (70% mohair, 30% acrylic, yardage = 520 m/100 g); 1 pair quick knit needles size US 4 (3,5 mm) and one circular needle size US 2,5 (3 mm).

Stockinette stitch (St st): work RS rows K and WS rows P.

Garter st (gst): RS and WS rows K.

Eyelet pattern: Multiple of 7 + 2 + 2 selv sts.

1 st row: Knit. 

2nd and 4th rows: work all sts and yos P. 

Row 3: * K2, yo, P1, P3tog, P1, yo, rep from *, end k2. 

Repeat Rows 1-4.

Lace Pattern: 

Work acc to chart. Only RS rows are shown.

On WS rows work all sts and yos P.

Back: 

Using 3,5 mm needles, cast on 88 sts and work in Eyelet pattern. 

For the Armhole Shaping, after 38 cm from beg, bind off at each end 5 sts once, then on every 2nd row 3 sts once and 1 st twice.  

When work measures 20 cm from beg armhole, bind off sts.

Front: 

Using 3,5 mm needles, cast on 88 sts and work in Eyelet pattern.  

When piece measures 20 cm from beg, work 10 rows in St st. On last WS row inc 3 sts evenly across. 

Cont to work in Lace pattern as folls: work rows 1-14 of chart once, work rows 9-14 of chart once, then work rows 15-28 of chart, repeart rows 17-27 to end of piece. 

For the Armhole Shaping, after 38 cm from beg, bind off at each end 5 sts once, then on every 2nd row 3 sts once and 1 st twice.  

At the same time, when work meas 46 cm from beg, bind off center 51 sts for neck and finish both sides separately. 

When work measures 20 cm from beg armhole, bind off rem 10 sts on either side for shoulders. 

Sleeves: 

Using 3,5 mm needles, cast on 37 sts and work 3 cm in gst for border. 

On the next row, inc 36 sts evenly spaced across (= K1, yo).  

On the next row, inc 19 sts more in the same manner = 92 sts. 

Cont to work in Lace pattern as folls: work rows 1-14 of chart twice. 

Cont to work 28 rows in St st.

At the same time, evenly dec 10 sts every 8th row (Knit 2 stitches together). 

Cont to work in Eyelet pattern.

When work measures 16 cm from patt change, bind off for sleeve cap at each end 5 sts once, then on every 2nd row 3 sts once, 2 sts once, 1 st 12 times, 2 sts once and 3 sts once. 

Bind off rem 7 sts.

Finishing: 

Join shoulder seams.

Sew in sleeves, join side and sleeve seams. 

Neckband: Using circular needle pick up sts evenly around neck edge and work 3 rnd in gst. 

Then bind off all sts in gst.
