Jacket with Lace Pattern

Size: XXL

Materials: 

Yarn: 500 g Alize (70% Mohair, 30% Acrylic, yardage = 200 m/100 g); 1 pair quick knit needles size 6 mm (US 10), one button.

Rib Pattern: K1, P1 Rib.

Lace Pattern: 

Work acc to chart . Only RS rows are shown.

On WS rows work all sts as they appear, purl yos.

Beg with 1 selv st, rep patt, end with 1 stitch after patt rep and 1 selv st.

Repeat Rows 1-32 throughout.

Back:

Cast on 91 sts and work in Lace Pattern. Rep rows 1-31 4 times.

When piece measures 75 cm from beg, bind off all sts.

Right Front:

Cast on 57 sts and work 45 sts in Lace Pattern (front) and 11 sts in Rib Patt (band).

When piece measures 47 cm from beg, at neckline edge skpo last st of Rib Patt and foll st on every 2nd row. 

When piece measures 75 cm from beg, bind off rem sts for shoulders. Leave sts of band open.

Work 16 cm more for band.

Left Front:

Work in reverse. At beg of neckline slant, make stitch for button on band: K2tog, yo. 

When piece measures 47 cm from beg, at neckline edge knit last st of band and 1st of Rib Patt tog on every 2nd row. 

Sleeves:

Cast on 40 sts and work 9 cm in Rib Patt.

Cont to work in Lace Pattern as foll: rows 1-31 twice and rows 1-15 once.

Sleeve Slants: At the same time, inc 1 stitch each side. Work inc'd sts into pat = 80 sts.

When piece measures 53 cm, bind off all sts.

Finishing: 

Close shoulder seams.

Sew side and sleeve seams. Set in sleeves.

Sew band to back neck.

Sew on button.

With crochet hook, work 1 rnd sc (single crochet) around bottom edge of jacket and sleeves.
