Size: Medium.

Materials:

Yarn: 500 g (100% Acrylic, yardage = 155 m/100 g); one pair quick knit needles and one circular needle, both size 5,5mm (US 9), one pair quick knit needles size 6mm (US 10).

Ribbing Patterns: K2, * P2, K2, repeat from * to end of row.

Fancy Pattern:

Work according to chart. Only RS rows are shown.

On Wrong Side rows, purl all sts.

Begin with 1 edge st and sts before patt rep, work patt rep throughout, end with sts after patt rep and 1 edge st.

Repeat Rows 1-10 throughout.

Gauges:

10 sts and 28 rows = 10 x 10 cm over Fancy Pat with 6mm needles.

Back:

Using needles size 5.5mm, cast on 82 sts and work in Rib Pat for border.

When piece measures 10 cm from beg, change to needles size 6mm and work in Fancy Pattern.

When piece measures 46 cm from beg, bind off all sts.

Right Front Piece:

Using needles size 5.5mm, cast on 22 sts and work in Rib Pat for border.

When piece measures 10 cm from beg, change to needles size 6mm and work in Fancy Pattern.

When piece measures 46 cm from beg, bind off all sts.

Left Front Piece: work same as for right front.

Sleeves:

Using needles size 5.5mm, cast on 38 sts and work in Rib Pat for border.

When piece measures 8 cm from beg, using needles size 6mm, continue in Fancy Pattern and on the first row inc 12 sts evenly spaced across.

For the Sleeve Shaping, increase 1 stitch on every 12th row 6 times at each end.

When piece measures 40 cm from beg, bind off all sts.

Finishing:

Sew shoulder seams.

With circular needle and RS facing, pick up 238 sts – start at the bottom of the right front piece, up and round the neck and then down the left front piece and work in Rib Pat.

When Band measures 12 cm from pick up row, bind off with knit over knit and purl over purl.

Set in sleeves on each side 17 cm from the shoulder seam.

Sew sleeve and side seams.
