Dress with Fancy Pattern
Sizes: 10/12 (US 8/10).
Materials:
400 g Alpina Rene (100% mercerized cotton, 105 m per 50 g ball), one pair knit needles and one circular needle, both size 2 mm (US 0), crochet hook size 1,75 mm (US B).
Eyelet Stripes:
Work according to chart 1. Only RS rows are shown.
On WS rows work all sts as they appear, purl yos.
Fancy pattern:
Work according to chart 2. Only RS rows are shown.
On WS rows work all sts as they appear, purl yos.
Zigzag Lace Pattern:
Work according to chart 3. Only RS rows are shown.
On WS rows work all sts as they appear, purl yos.
Gauge:
in Fancy Pattern: 21 sts and 26,5 rows = 10 x 10 cm.
Back and Front are worked in the round from the bottom up.
With circular needle, cast on 168 sts. Join for working in rnds.
Work in Fancy pattern.
Work Rows 117-196 in Zigzag Lace Pattern.
From Row 197 work in Eyelet Stripes.
Armhole Shaping: On Row 211 from beg, divide the work in the middle and bind off sts according to chart for Armhole Line.
Back (over 71 sts):
Armhole Shaping: On Row 213 from beg, bind off 3 sts at each end, then on foll 2nd row 3 sts once = 59 sts.
Neck Shaping: On Row 217 from beg, bind off center 19 sts and at both sides of them 1 stitch every other row 3 times.
On Row 251 from beg, bind off rem 17 shoulder sts on either side.
Front: Work same as back.
Finishing:
Sew shoulder seams.
Using crochet hook, work 1 rnds sc (single crochet) around armholes and neck edges.
Join row with sl st to first st.
