MATERIALS: DMC Cebelia #10 (50 gm, 282 yds each ball): 3 balls white, 1 ball #224 pink. Steel crochet hook size 7 U.S. (1.65 continental) (4 U.K.) or size to obtain gauge.
MEASUREMENTS: Approx 16 in. (40 cm) in diameter.
GAUGE: First 7 rnds = 21/2 in. (6 cm) in diameter. 11 dc and 5 rows dc = 1 in. (2.5 cm).
STITCHES USED: Chain st (ch). Slip st (sl st). Single crochet (sc). Half double crochet (hdc). Double crochet (dc). Treble crochet (tr). Picot: • Ch 4, si st in 4th ch
from hook •.
NOTE: Always start with ch 3 instead of first dc of rnd. End with 1 si st in first sc or third (dc) ch at beg of rnd.
DIRECTIONS: With white, ch 10 and close into a ring with 1 si st in first ch.
Rnd 1: Ch 1, 18 sc in ring.
