Lace Stitch Knitting Pattern

How to knit Lace Stitch:

Work with multiple of 12 stitches + 5 + 2 edge stitches.

Cast on 19 sts (5 + 12 + 2 edge sts) and work according to chart.

The chart shows Right Side rows and Wrong Side rows.

The pat rep = 12 sts wide.

yo: yarn over

K3tog: knit 3 stitches together

sk2p: slip 1 stitch as if to knit, knit 2 together and pass the slipped stitch over the knitted together stitches

Row 1: edge st, p1, k3, p1, * k7, p1, k3, p1, repeat from *, edge st.

Row 2: edge st, k5, p7, repeat from * to last 6 sts, k5, edge st.

Row 3: edge st, p1, k3, p1, * k3tog, yo, k1, yo, sk2p, p1, k3, p1, repeat from *, edge st.

Row 4: edge st, k5, p1, yo, p3, yo, p1, repeat from * to last 6 sts, k5, edge st.

Repeat these 4 rows for pattern.
