How to knit Lace Leaves Stitch:

Work with multiple of 12 stitches + 2 edge stitches.

Cast on 14 sts and work according to chart.

The chart shows Right Side Rows and Wrong Side Rows.

Read RS rows from right to left, WS rows from left to right.

The pat rep = 10 sts wide.

Repeat patt between edge stitches throughout.

yo: yarn over

skpo: slip 1 stitch as if to knit, knit 1 and pass the slipped stitch over the knitted stitch

p2tog: purl 2 stitches together

Row 1 (RS): knit all sts.

Row 2 (WS): edge st, p6, yo, p2tog, p4, repeat from *, edge st.

Row 3 (RS): edge st, k8, (yo, skpo) twice, repeat from *, edge st.

Row 4 (WS): edge st, p5, (yo, p2tog) twice, p3, repeat from *, edge st.

Row 5 (RS): edge st, k10, yo, skpo, repeat from *, edge st.

Row 6 (WS): edge st, p6, (yo, p2tog) twice, p2, repeat from *, edge st.

Row 7 (RS): knit all sts.
