Raglan line from central stitch

How to knit Raglan line from one raglan stitch:

Row 1: Knit up to the central stitch, insert needle into central st of previous row and work K1 tbl, slip central st (do not work it), wyib, then insert needle into central st of previous row and knit; knit to end of row. 

Row 2: Purl all sts.

Repeat these 2 rows throughout.
