Leaf Stitch Knitting Pattern #161
How to knit the Leaf Stitch:
Work with a multiple of 24 stitches + 2 edge stitches.
Cast on 26 stitches (24 + 2 edge stitches) and work according to chart.
The chart shows only right-side rows.
On wrong-side rows, work all stitches as they appear; purl the yarn over.
The pattern repeat is 24 stitches wide.
Repeat the pattern between edge stitches throughout.
Abbreviation:
k: knit stitch
p: purl stitch
yo: yarn over
k3tog: knit 3 stitches together
sk2p: slip 1 stitch as if to knit, knit 2 together and pass the slipped stitch over the knitted together stitches
