How to knit Lace Wavy Stitch:

Work with multiple of 26 stitches + 2 + 2 edge stitches.

Cast on 30 sts (2 + 26 + 2 edge sts) and work according to chart.

The chart shows only RS rows.

On WS rows, work stitches as they appear on this side of work; purl the yarn overs.

The pattern repeat is 26 sts wide.

Begin with 1 edge stitch and 2 stitches before the pattern repeat, work the pattern repeat throughout, end with 1 edge stitch.

Abbreviation:

k: Knit
p: Purl

yo: yarn over

k2tog: knit 2 stitches together

skpo: slip 1 stitch as if to knit, knit 1 and pass the slipped stitch over the knitted stitch

Written row-by-row instructions:

Rows 1 and 3 (right side): edge st, p2, * k11, p2, k2tog twice, (yo, k1) 3 times, yo, skpo twice, p2, repeat from *, edge st.
