Lace Stitch Knitting Pattern #153

How to knit the Lace Stitch:
Work with a multiple of 6 stitches + 2 edge stitches.
Cast on 14 stitches (5 + 6 + 1 + 2 edge stitches) and work according to chart.
The chart shows right-side rows and wrong-side rows.
The numbers at right edge of chart indicate right-side rows, and at left edge wrong-side rows.
Read right-side rows from right to left, wrong-side rows from left to right.
The pattern repeat is 6 stitches wide.
Abbreviation:
k: knit stitch
p: purl stitch
yo: yarn over
k2tog: knit 2 stitches together
skpo: slip 1 stitch as if to knit, knit 1 and pass the slipped stitch over the knitted stitch
p2tog: purl 2 stitches together
p2tog tbl: purl 2 stitches together through the back loop

Row 1 (right side): 1 edge stitch, k3, k2tog, yo, * k4, k2tog, yo *; repeat from * to *; end with k1, 1 edge stitch.
