Wave Lace Stitch Knitting Pattern

How to knit the Horizontal Wave Lace Stitch:

Work with multiple of 16 stitches + 1 + 2 edge stitches.

Cast on 19 sts (16 + 1 + 2 edge sts) and work according to chart.

The chart shows only Right Side rows.

On Wrong Side rows, work all sts as they appear; work yo's Purl 

The patt rep = 16 sts wide.

Begin with 1 edge st, work patt rep throughout, end with 1 stitch after patt and 1 edge st.

yo: yarn over

K3tog: knit 3 stitches together 

sk2p: slip 1 stitch as if to knit, knit 2 together and pass the slipped stitch over the knitted together stitches

Rows 1 and 7: purl all sts.

Rows 3 and 5: knit all sts.

Row 9: edge st, * k1, k3tog, k3, (yo, k1) 3 times, yo, k3, sk2p; repeat from * to last 2 sts, k1, edge st.

Row 11: edge st, * k1, k3tog, k2, yo, k1, yo, k3, yo, k1, yo, k2, sk2p; repeat from * to last 2 sts, k1, edge st.

Row 13: edge st, * k1, k3tog, k1, yo, k1, yo, k5, yo, k1, yo, k1, sk2p; repeat from * to last 2 sts, k1, edge st.

Row 15: edge st, * k1, k3tog, yo, k1, yo, k7, yo, k1, yo, sk2p; repeat from * to last 2 sts, k1, edge st.

Row 17: edge st, * k1, k3tog, k3, (yo, k1) 3 times, yo, k3, sk2p; repeat from * to last 2 sts, k1, edge st.

Row 19: edge st, * k1, k3tog, k2, yo, k1, yo, k3, yo, k1, yo, k2, sk2p; repeat from * to last 2 sts, k1, edge st.

Row 21: edge st, * k1, k3tog, k1, yo, k1, yo, k5, yo, k1, yo, k1, sk2p; repeat from * to last 2 sts, k1, edge st.
