How to knit Leaves Knitting Pattern:
Multiple of 16 + 1 + 2 selvage sts.
Cast on 35 sts (8 + 16 + 9 + 2 selv sts) and work according to chart.
The chart shows only RS rows.
On WS rows, work sts as they appear, k1 tbl the p1 tbl sts, and yo's P.
The pat rep = 16 sts wide.
Begin with 1 selv st (edge) and sts before patt rep, work patt rep throughout, end with sts after patt and 1 selv st.
k2tog: knit 2 stitches together
skpo: slip 1 stitch as if to knit, knit 1 and pass the slipped stitch over the knitted stitch
k1 tbl: knit 1 stitch through back loop
cdd (= central double decrease): slip first and second stitches together as if to knit, knit 1 stitch, pass two slipped stitches over the knit stitch
