How to knit Lace Stitch:

Multiple of 6 + 1 + 2 edge sts.

Cast on 15 sts (6 + 6 + 1 + 2 edge sts) and work according to chart.

The chart shows RS rows and WS rows.

The pat rep = 6 sts wide.

yo: yarn over

cddp (Central Double Decrease): transpose the order of the first and second stitch on the left needle; then purl the three stitches together

Row 1: knit all sts.

Row 2: purl all sts.

Row 3: edge st, * k1, yo, p1, cddp, p1, yo, repeat from * to last 2 sts, k1, edge st.

Row 4: purl all sts.

Repeat Rows 1-4 throughout.
