How to knit Lace Leaves Stitch:

Work with multiple of 12 stitches + 1 + 2 edge stitches.

Cast on 15 sts (1 + 12 + 2 edge sts) and work according to chart.

The chart shows only RS rows.

On WS rows, work sts as they appear and yo's P.

The pat rep = 12 sts wide.

Begin with 1 edge st and stitch before patt rep, work patt rep throughout, end with 1 edge st.

yo: yarn over

k2tog: knit 2 stitches together

skpo: slip 1 stitch as if to knit, knit 1 and pass the slipped stitch over the knitted stitch 

Rows 1, 3 and 5: edge st, p1, * yo, k3, k2tog, p1, skpo, k3, yo, p1, repeat from *, edge st.

Row 7: edge st, p1, * skpo, k3, yo, p1, yo, k3, k2tog, p1, repeat from *, edge st.

Row 9: edge st, p1, * skpo, k2, yo, p3, yo, k2, k2tog, p1, repeat from *, edge st.

Row 11: edge st, p1, * skpo, k1, yo, p5, yo, k1, k2tog, p1, repeat from *, edge st.

Rows 13, 15 and 17: edge st, p1, * skpo, k3, yo, p1, yo, k3, k2tog, p1, repeat from *, edge st.

Row 19: edge st, p1, * yo, k3, k2tog, p1, skpo, k3, yo, p1, repeat from *, edge st.

Row 21: edge st, p1, * p1, yo, k2, k2tog, p1, skpo, k2, yo, p2, repeat from *, edge st.

Row 23: edge st, p1, * p2, yo, k1, k2tog, p1, skpo, k1, yo, p3, repeat from *, edge st.

Repeat Rows 1-24 throughout.
