How to knit Lace Leaves Stitch:

Work with multiple of 18 stitches + 3 + 2 edge stitches.

Cast on 23 sts (3 + 18 + 2 edge sts) and work according to chart.

The chart shows only RS rows.

On WS rows, work sts as they appear and yo's P.

The pat rep = 18 sts wide.

yo: yarn over

k2tog: knit 2 stitches together

skpo: slip 1 stitch as if to knit, knit 1 and pass the slipped stitch over the knitted stitch 

Row 1: edge st, p3, * k3, k2tog twice, (yo, k1) 3 times, yo, skpo twice, k1, p3, repeat from *, edge st.

Row 3: edge st, p3, * k2, k2tog twice, yo, k1, yo, k3, yo, k1, yo, skpo twice, p3, repeat from *, edge st.

Row 5: edge st, p3, * k1, k2tog twice, (yo, k1) 3 times, yo, skpo twice, k3, p3, repeat from *, edge st.

Row 7: edge st, p3, * k2tog twice, yo, k1, yo, k3, yo, k1, yo, skpo twice, k2, p3, repeat from *, edge st.

Repeat Rows 1-8 throughout.
