Lace Leaf Stitch Knitting Pattern

How to knit Lace Leaf Stitch:

Work with a multiple of 24 stitches + 3 + 2 edge stitches.

Cast on 29 sts (24 + 3 + 2 edge sts) and work according to chart.

The chart shows only Right Side Rows.

On Wrong Side rows, purl all sts and yo's.

The patt rep = 24 sts wide.

yo: yarn over

k2tog: knit 2 stitches together

skpo: slip 1 stitch as if to knit, knit 1 and pass the slipped stitch over the knitted stitch 

cdd (Central Double Decrease): slip first and second stitches together as if to knit, knit 1 stitch, pass two slipped stitches over the knit stitch

Row 1 (RS): edge st, yo, * cdd, k3, (yo, k2tog) 3 times, yo, k3, yo, (skpo, yo) 3 times, k3 *; repeat from * to *; cdd, yo, edge st.

Row 2 and all even-numbered rows (WS): purl all sts and yo's.

Row 3: edge st, yo, * cdd, k2, (yo, k2tog) 4 times, yo, k1, yo, (skpo, yo) 4 times, k2 *; repeat from * to *; cdd, yo, edge st.

Row 5: edge st, yo, * cdd, k1, (yo, k2tog) 4 times, (k1, yo) twice, k1, (skpo, yo) 4 times, k1 *; repeat from * to *; cdd, yo, edge st.

Row 7: edge st, yo, * cdd, (yo, k2tog) 4 times, k2, yo, k1, yo, k2, (skpo, yo) 4 times *; repeat from * to *; cdd, yo, edge st.
