How to knit Lace Diamond Stitch:

Multiple of 13 + 3 + 2 selvage sts.

Cast on 18 sts (13 + 3 + 2 selv sts) and work according to chart.

The chart shows only RS rows.

On WS rows, work sts as they appear; purl yo’s.

The pat rep = 13 sts wide.

k2tog: knit 2 stitches together

skpo: slip 1 stitch as if to knit, knit 1 and pass the slipped stitch over the knitted stitch 

Row 1: edge st, * p3, skpo, k4, p3, k1, yo (yarn over), repeat from * to the last 4 sts, p3, edge st.

Row 3: edge st, * p3, skpo, k3, p3, k1, yo, k1, repeat from * to the last 4 sts, p3, edge st.

Row 5: edge st, * p3, skpo, k2, p3, k1, yo, k2, repeat from * to the last 4 sts, p3, edge st.

Row 7: edge st, * p3, skpo, k1, p3, k1, yo, k3, repeat from * to the last 4 sts, p3, edge st.
