p: Purl

yo: yarn over

k2tog: knit 2 stitches together as one

skpo: slip 1 stitch as if to knit, knit 1 and pass the slipped stitch over the knitted stitch 

C4F: slip 2 stitches to cable needle, hold to front, K2, K2 from cable needle

C4B: slip 2 stitches to cable needle, hold to back, K2, K2 from cable needle

 

Row 1 (right side): edge st, * p1, k2, C4F, p2, k11, p1 *; repeat from * to *; p1, k2, C4F, p1, edge st.

Row 2 and all even-numbered rows (wrong side): work each stitch as it appears on this side of work (knit the k sts and purl the p sts); purl yarn-over loops. instructions.
