Knitting Pattern with long loop
How to knit Pattern with long loop:
Multiple of 4 + 2 selvage sts.
Cast on 18 stitches (4 + 4 + 4 + 4 + 2 edge sts) and work according to chart.
RS rows and WS rows are shown.
Read RS rows from right to left, WS rows from left to right.
The pat rep = 4 sts wide.
Border:
Row 1: knit in the back loop of the second stitch on the left-hand needle behind the 1st st, then knit the 1st st, slip both sts from needle together, * place back 1 st to the left-hand needle, knit in the back loop of the second stitch on the left-hand needle behind the 1st st, then knit the 1st st, slip both sts from needle together, repeat from *.
Row 2: purl all sts.
Loop Stitch:
k2tog: knit 2 stitches together
p1 and yarn over: purl and yarn over, yarn over to be dropped on following row
C4B: slip 3 sts to cn, hold to back, K1, K3 from cn
Row 1: slv (edge st), * k2, k2tog, yo (yarn over), repeat from *, slv.
Row 2: slv, * p1 and yarn over, p3, repeat from *, slv.
Row 3: slv, * C4B, repeat from * slv.
Row 4: purl all sts.
Row 5: slv, k2, * k2, k2tog, yo, repeat from * to last 3 sts, k2, slv.
Row 6: slv, p2, * p1 and yarn over, p3, repeat from * to last 3 sts, p2, slv.
Row 7: slv, k2, * C4B, repeat from * to last 3 sts, k2, slv.
