Cast on 39 stitches (36 + 1 + 2 edge stitches) and work according to сhart.

The chart shows right side rows and wrong side rows.

The numbers at right edge of chart indicate right side rows, and at left edge wrong side rows.

Read right side rows from right to left, wrong side rows from left to right.

The pattern repeat is 36 stitches wide.

k: Knit

p: Purl

C2B: skip 1 st, knit 2nd st before first st, without dropping from LH needle, knit the first st, drop both sts from LH needle

C2F: knit through the back loop 2nd st behind first st, without dropping from LH needle, knit the first st, drop both sts from LH needle
