Bell Lace Stitch Knitting Pattern

How to knit Bell Lace Stitch:

Work with multiple of 14 stitches + 3 + 2 edge stitches.

Cast on 19 sts (3 + 14 + 2 edge sts) and work according to chart.

The chart shows only Right Side Rows.

On Wrong Side Rows, work sts as they appear; work yo’s P. 

The pat rep = 14 sts wide.

Begin with edge st and 3 sts before patt rep, work patt rep throughout, end with edge st.

yo: yarn over

k2tog: knit 2 stitches together

skpo: slip 1 stitch as if to knit, knit 1 and pass the slipped stitch over the knitted stitch 

K5tog: knit 5 stitches together 

K5tog tbl: knit 5 stitches together through the back loop

Row 1: edge st, p3, * k11, p3, repeat from *, edge st.

Row 3: edge st, p3, * k5, yo, k1, yo, k5, p3, repeat from *, edge st.

Row 5: edge st, p3, * k5, yo, k3, yo, k5, p3, repeat from *, edge st.

Row 7: edge st, p3, * k5, yo, k2tog, yo, k1, yo, skpo, yo, k5, p3, repeat from *, edge st.

Row 9: edge st, p3, * k5tog, yo, k2tog, yo, k3, yo, skpo, yo, k5tog tbl, p3, repeat from *, edge st.

Repeat Rows 1-10 throughout.
