Sweater in Lace Stripes

How to knit the Sweater in Lace Stripes:
Sizes: EU 36/38 (44/46) – US 4/6 (12/14) – UK 8/10 (16/18)
Material:
650 (700) g yarn (69% cotton, 40% polyester, length = 110 m/50 g ≈ 120 yd/1.76 oz), straight needles and circular needles size 3.5 mm (US 4).
Ribbing Pattern: alternately 1 knit stitch, 1 purl stitch.
Lace Stripes (Main Pattern): number of stitches multiple of 34 + 33 (15) + 2 edge stitches.
Work according to the chart, which shows right-side rows only.
Begin with 1 edge stitch, work the last 33 (7) stitches of the pattern repeat, repeat the pattern repeat 2 (3) times and end with 0 (8) stitches of the pattern repeat and 1 edge stitch.
Row sequence: work rows 1 and 2 five times, rows 3–12 three times, rows 1 and 2 fifteen times, rows 3–12 two times, rows 1 and 2 twenty times, rows 3–12 one time and rows 1 and 2 twenty times = 180 rows.
Gauge: 19 stitches and 28 rows = 10 × 10 cm (4 × 4 in).
Back:
Cast on 103 (119) stitches and work in the Main Pattern in the given row sequence.
For the neckline at 62 cm (24.4 in) = 174 rows from cast-on, bind off the middle 21 (23) stitches and finish both sides separately.
For the rounding at the inner edge decrease in every 2nd row 1 time 5 (6) stitches and 1 time 2 stitches.
At 64 cm (25.2 in) = 180 rows from cast-on, 34 (40) stitches remain for each shoulder, finish the work.
Front:
Work as for the Back, but with a deeper neckline.
For this at 54 cm (21.3 in) = 152 rows from cast-on, bind off the middle 15 (17) stitches and finish both sides separately.
For the rounding at the inner edge decrease in every 2nd row 1 time 4 (5) stitches, 1 time 3 stitches, 1 time 2 stitches and 1 time 1 stitch.
Sleeve:
Cast on 43 (51) stitches and work in the Main Pattern in the given row sequence, distributing the stitches as follows: 1 edge stitch, work once the last 3 (7) stitches of the pattern repeat, work the pattern repeat once, end with the first 4 (8) stitches of the pattern repeat and 1 edge stitch.
At the same time for the sleeve shaping from cast-on increase on both sides 12 times in every 6th row and 12 times in every 4th row 1 stitch in pattern = 91 (99) stitches.
At 44 cm (17.3 in) = 124 rows from cast-on, bind off all stitches.
Finishing:
Sew the shoulder seams.
Pick up 112 (120) stitches along the neckline with circular needles and work 5 cm (2 in) in Ribbing Pattern, then bind off the stitches in pattern.
Set in the sleeves. Work the remaining seams.
