Summer Raglan Sweater in Lace Pattern

How to knit the Raglan Sweater in Lace Pattern:
Sizes: UK 10/12 (14/16), US 6/8 (10/12)
Materials:
300 (350) g yarn (64% cotton, 27% viscose, 9% polyamide; 93 yd/1.76 oz); straight and circular knitting needles UK 7, US 7 (4.5 mm).

Stockinette stitch: throughout in the round, knit all stitches.
Garter stitch: knit all stitches on right-side and wrong-side rows.
In the round, alternate 1 round knit and 1 round purl.
Lace pattern: multiple of 12 stitches + 1 + 2 edge stitches.
Work according to chart, which shows right-side rows only.
On wrong-side rows, purl all stitches and yarn overs.
Begin with 1 edge stitch and the stitches before pattern repeat, throughout repeat the pattern repeat, end with the stitches after the pattern repeat and 1 edge stitch.
Throughout repeat Rows 1–10.
Neckband, worked in rounds:
2 rounds garter stitch, 2 rounds stockinette stitch, 1 round eyelet pattern (= * yarn over, knit 2 stitches together, throughout repeat from *), 1 round knit, 2 rounds garter stitch = 8 rounds.

Gauge:
lace pattern: 17 stitches and 22 rows = 4 x 4 in (10 x 10 cm);
garter stitch: 17 stitches and 30 rows = 4 x 4 in (10 x 10 cm).

Back/Front:
Cast on 75 (87) stitches and work in lace pattern.
After 12.5 (14.25) in / 32 (36) cm from cast-on, for raglan shaping bind off 2 stitches at both sides and decrease 12 (14) x 1 stitch in every 2nd row as follows: work 2 stitches after edge stitch together with slip-slip-knit decrease (= slip 1 stitch as if to knit, knit 1 stitch and pass slipped stitch over) or respectively knit 2 stitches before edge stitch together.
After 17.25 (19.75) in / 44 (50) cm from cast-on, bind off remaining 47 (55) stitches.

Sleeves:
Cast on 58 (64) stitches and work in garter stitch.
After 0.5 (1.5) in / 1.5 (3.5) cm from cast-on, for raglan shaping bind off 2 stitches at both sides, * in every 2nd row decrease 2 x 1 stitch and in following 4th row decrease 1 x 1 stitch, repeat from * 3 times, then decrease in every 4th row another 0 (2) x 1 stitch.
After 5.25 (7) in / 13.5 (17.5) cm from cast-on edge, bind off remaining 30 (32) stitches.

Finishing:
Sew raglan seams.
Along neckline pick up 148 (166) stitches onto circular needles, work 8 rounds of neckband, while evenly decreasing 20 (24) stitches in 3rd round, then bind off remaining 128 (142) stitches.
Sew side seams and sleeve seams.
