Sideways Knit Sweater with Lace Stripes

How to knit the sideways sweater with lace stripes:
Sizes: US/UK 6–8 (10–12) / EU 36/38 (40/42)
Materials:
500 (550) g yarn (100% acrylic, 145 m / 50 g ≈ 158 yd / 1.76 oz); knitting needles size 4 mm (US 6 / UK 8).
Stockinette stitch: right-side rows knit stitches, wrong-side rows purl stitches.
Reverse stockinette stitch: right-side rows purl stitches, wrong-side rows knit stitches.
Horizontal stripes: * 4 rows stockinette stitch, 2 rows reverse stockinette stitch, repeat from *.
Vertical stripe over 10 stitches:
Right-side rows: knit 2, purl 2, knit 2, purl 2, knit 2.
Wrong-side rows: work the stitches as they appear.
Lace stripe over 26 stitches:
Work according to the chart, which shows only right-side rows.
On wrong-side rows work all stitches as they appear, knit the yarn overs.
Repeat rows 1 to 28.
Gauge: 23.5 stitches and 32 rows = 10 x 10 cm (4 x 4 in).
Note! The entire sweater, except the upper part, is worked sideways.

Back/Front:
Begin working from the side seam.
Cast on 130 stitches and work as follows: edge stitch, 20 stitches horizontal stripes, * 10 stitches vertical stripe, 26 stitches lace stripe, repeat from * 2 more times, edge stitch.
After 53 cm / 20.9 in = 170 rows (57 cm / 22.4 in = 182 rows) from the cast-on edge bind off all stitches.

Finishing:
Sew the shoulder seams.
Set in the sleeves, sew the side seams and sleeve seams.
