Raglan Top with Central Lace Panel

How to knit the raglan top with central lace panel:
Size: XL (US/UK 16–18).
Material:
350 g of yarn (45% polyacrylic, 55% cotton, 160 m/50 g), circular needles size 3 mm (US size 2.5, UK size 11).
Stockinette Stitch: knit on right side rows, purl on wrong side rows.
Ribbing Pattern: alternate 1 knit stitch and 1 purl stitch.
Gauge: 21 stitches x 31 rows = 10 x 10 cm (4 x 4 in).
The pull is worked in one piece from the top down.
Cast on 108 stitches and work 3 cm (about 1¼ in) in ribbing pattern.
Then work as follows:
Row 1: * 1 knit stitch, yarn over, repeat from *.
Row 2: * knit 1, slip the yarn over with yarn in front, repeat from *.
Row 3: * slip 1 knit stitch with yarn at back, purl the yarn over, repeat from *.
Row 4: * 1 knit stitch, slip 1 purl stitch with yarn in front, repeat from *.
Row 5: * slip 1 knit stitch with yarn at back, 1 purl stitch, repeat from *.
Repeat rows 4 and 5 until a total of 12 rows are completed.
Row 13: purl 2 stitches together across the row.
Divide the stitches as follows: 38 stitches for front, 2 stitches for raglan line, 18 stitches for sleeve, 2 stitches for raglan line, 26 stitches for back, 2 stitches for raglan line, 18 stitches for sleeve, 2 stitches for raglan line.
For the neckline, work the back in stockinette stitch with short rows as follows:
On a wrong side row, purl 26 back stitches, turn. On a right side row, knit 26 back stitches, from the horizontal strand between stitches, work 1 knit stitch through the back loop, knit 2 raglan stitches, increase 1 stitch, knit 2 sleeve stitches, turn, knit back 2 sleeve stitches, increase 1 stitch, knit 2 raglan stitches, increase 1 stitch, knit the back stitches, increase 1 stitch, knit the raglan stitches, increase 1 stitch, knit 2 sleeve stitches, turn.
Work in this way, each row extending 2 stitches further, until the back has 38 stitches.
Continue working in the round.
On the central 29 stitches of the front, work the lace panel according to the chart: repeat A, repeat B, and again repeat A.
When the raglan line reaches a height of 28 cm (about 11 in), place sleeve stitches on a holder.
Continue working front and back in the round for another 34 cm (about 13½ in).
Then work 5 cm (about 2 in) in garter stitch and bind off all stitches.
Sleeves:
On the held stitches of the sleeves, work 3 cm (about 1¼ in) in ribbing pattern and bind off.
