Materials:

Yarn: 600 g (100% Wool, yardage = 300 m/100 g); 1 pair quick knit needles size 3 mm (US 2,5). 

Rib Pattern: * K1, P1, rep from * throughout.

Stockinette stitch (St st): work RS rows K and WS rows P.

Lace Pattern:

Work according to сhart. The chart shows only Right Side rows.

On Wrong Side rows, work all sts as they appear, purl yo's.

Repeat Rows 1-8 throughout.

Back:

Cast on 129 sts and work 4 rows in Rib Pattern for border.

Continue in Lace Patt (total of 11 8-row reps).

When piece measures 35 cm from beg, cont in Stockinette stitch.

At the same time, for the Armhole Shaping, bind off at each end 5 sts, then on every 2nd row 2 sts once and 1 st 3 times.

Continue even.

For the Neck Shaping, after 55 cm from beg, bind off center 35 sts and complete both sides separately.

For rounding at inside edge, bind off on every 2nd row 3 sts twice and 2 sts twice.

When piece measures 58 cm from beg, bind off all sts.

Front:

Work like back, but with deeper neckline.

For the Neck Shaping, after 51 cm from beg, bind off center 25 sts and complete both sides separately.

For rounding at inside edge, bind off on every 2nd row 2 sts 3 times and 1 stitch 9 times.

When piece measures 58 cm from beg, bind off all sts.

Shape Sleeve

Cast on 93 sts and work 4 rows in Rib Pattern for border.

Continue in Lace Patt (total of 5 8-row reps).

When piece measures 20 cm from beg, cont in St st.

For Sleeve Shaping, after 25 cm from beg, increase 1 stitch on every 6th row, incorporating increases into St st.

For the Cap Shaping, after 45 cm from beg, bind off at each end 5 sts once, then on every 2nd row 2 sts 3 times, 1 st 15 times, 2 sts twice and 3 sts twice.

When piece measures 61 cm from beg, bind off all sts.

Finishing:

Close shoulder seams.

Sew in sleeves, join side and sleeve seams.

With crochet hook, work 1 rnd sc around neck edge.
