Pullover in Textured Pattern

Size: 10/12 (US 8/10).

Materials:

Yarn: 500 g (50% Wool, 50% Acrylic, yardage = 123 m/100 g); 1 pair knit needles and one circular needle, both size US 8 (5 mm); crochet hook size 3.5 mm.

Reverse stocking stitch (Rev St st): work RS rows P and WS rows K.

Textured Pattern:

Work according to chart. Only RS rows are shown.

On WS rows work all sts as they appear, purl yos.

Rep rows 1-24 throughout.

Gauge: 16 sts and 20 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Back:

Cast on 59 sts + 2 selv sts working long-tail cast on and work in Textured Pattern for 72 rows.

Then work 36 rows as foll: selv st, 15 sts in Rev St st, 28 sts in Textured Pattern, K3, 15 sts in Rev St st, selv st.

Armhole Shaping: On Row 73 from beg, bind off 1 st at each end, then on every 2nd row 1 st 8 times = 43 sts.

Starting with Row 109 from beg, work in Rev St st.

Neckline Shaping: On Row 113 from beg, bind off center 21 sts and complete both sides separately.

On Row 119 from beg, bind off rem 11 sts each side for shoulders.

Front:

Work like back, but with V-neck as foll:

On Row 73 from beg, bind off center 1 st and on either side of it bind off 1 st 10 times every other row.

On Row 119 from beg, bind off rem 11 sts each side for shoulders.

Sleeves:

Cast on 31 sts + 2 selv sts working long-tail cast on and work 46 rows as foll: selv st, 28 sts in Textured Pattern, K3, selv st.

Sleeve Shaping: On Row 25 from beg, inc 1 stitch at each end, then 1 st 9 times on every 2nd row = 53 sts.

Cap Shaping: On Row 47 from beg, bind off 1 st at each end, then on every 2nd row 1 st 20 times.

On Row 89 from beg, bind off rem 11 sts.

Finishing:

Close shoulder seams.

Sew side and sleeve seams. Set in sleeves.

With crochet hook, work 1 rnds sc (single crochet) around neckline.
