Rib Pattern: alt K1, P1 Rib.
Reverse stocking stitch (Rev St st): work RS rows P and WS rows K.
Fancy Pattern: work according to chart.
On WS rows, work all sts as they appear.
Rep from * to *.
Gauge:
over Fancy Pattern: 20 sts and 26 rows = 10 x 10 cm.
Using needles size 3.5 mm, cast on 81 sts and work in Rib Patt.
After 3 cm from cast on switch to 4.5 mm needles and work in Fancy Pattern acc to chart.
When piece measures 52 cm from cast on, bind off sts.
Front:
Work like back, but with neckline.
When piece measures 40 cm from cast on, bind off center 12 sts and complete both sides separately.
For rounding at inside edge bind off 4 sts once, 3 sts once, 2 sts once and 1 st once on every other row.
When piece measures 52 cm from cast on, bind off sts.
Sleeves:
Using needles size 3.5 mm, cast on 51 sts and work in Rib Patt.
After 3 cm from cast on switch to 4.5 mm needles and work in Fancy Pattern acc to chart. Inc 14 sts evenly across 1st row.
After 44 cm from cast on work in Rev St st.
When piece measures 47 cm from cast on, bind off sts.
Finishing:
Close shoulder seams.
Band Shaping: With circular needle, pick up 100 sts evenly around neck edge and work in Rib Patt.
When band measures 3 cm from pick up row, bind off in pat.
Sew in sleeves 17 cm on either side of shoulder seam along front and back edge.
Sew sleeve seams.
