Pullover in Fancy Pattern

Size: 14-16 (US 10-12).

Materials: 

Yarn: 400 g Alize Bahar Batik col. #4516 (100%mercerized cotton, yardage = 260 m/100 g); one pair quick knit needles and one circular needle, both size 3 mm (US 2.5).

Rib Pattern: K1, P1 Rib.

Fancy Pattern:

Work according to chart. Only RS rows are shown.

On WS rows work all sts as they appear or as established, purl yos.

Repeat Rows 1-46 for Fancy Patt.

Back:

Cast on 106 sts and work in Fancy Pattern.

Armhole Shaping: When piece measures 38 cm from beg, bind off 15 sts at each end = 76 sts.

Continue even.

Neckline Shaping: When piece measures 56 cm from beg, bind off center 26 sts, then 2 sts every other row twice and 1 stitch once from each neck edge.

When piece measures 58 cm from beg, bind off remaining 20 shoulder sts on either side.

Front:

Work like back, but with deeper neckline.

Neckline Shaping: When piece measures 53 cm from beg, bind off center 20 sts, then 3 sts every other row once, 2 sts once and 1 stitch 3 times from each neck edge.

When piece measures 58 cm from beg, bind off remaining 20 shoulder sts on either side.

Sleeves:

Sew shoulder seams.

Pick up and K94 sts along armhole edge and work in Fancy Pattern. 

Sleeve Shaping: Bind off 1 stitch every 6th row 24 times at each end.

Then bind off remaining 46 sts.

Finishing:

Sew side and sleeve seams.

With crochet hook, work 2 rnd sc (single crochet) around neck edge, then with circular needle, pick up sts from neckline and work 6 rnd in Rib Patt, bind off all sts.

With crochet hook, work 1 rnds sc (single crochet) around neck edge.
