Lace V-Neck Pullover

Size: 12 (UK 16)

Materials:

Yarn: 500 g (50%Cotton, 50% Acrylic, yardage = 300 m/100 g); one pair quick knit needles size US 2,5 (3 mm) and crochet hook size 3 mm (US C).

Garter st (gst): RS and WS rows K.

Lace Pattern:

Work according to chart. Only RS rows are shown.

On WS rows, work all sts and yos P.

Repeat Rows 1-10 throughout.

Neck border: Work according to crochet chart.

Back:

Cast on 110 sts and work 3 rows in garter st. 

Cont to work in Lace Pattern.

Armhole Shaping: When piece measures 44 cm from beg, bind off at each end 4 sts once, then on every 2nd row 2 sts once, 1 st 3 times.

When piece measures 68 cm from beg, bind off rem sts.

Front:

Work like back, but with V-neck as foll:

When work meas 50 cm from beg, divide work at middle for V-neck and finish each side separately.

For neck slant, bind off on every 2nd row 1 st 16 times at neck edge.

When piece measures 68 cm from beg, bind off rem sts.

Sleeves:

Close shoulder seams.

On either side of shoulder seam along the upper side of front and back pick up 9 sts and work in Lace Pattern. 

Cap Shaping: create at each end 1 st from selvage st of the Armhole, working inc sts into Lace Pattern.

In places rounding at each end inc 4 sts once, 2 sts once, then work lower piece of the sleeve. 

When piece measures 42 cm from underarm, work in garter st. 

When piece measures 43 cm from underarm, bind off all sts. 

Finishing:

Join side seams.

Sew in sleeves, join sleeve seams.

Border: Work according to crochet chart around neck edge.
