Lace Pattern Pullover

Size: 40 (EU) 12 (US 10)

Yarn: 400 g (100% Cotton, yardage = 175m/50 g); knitting needles size 3 mm (US size 2.5 or 3 depending on gauge).

Work according to Chart 1. Only Right Side rows are shown.

On Wrong Side rows, purl all stitches and any yarn-over loops.

Repeat Rows 1-16 thoughout.

Work according to chart 2. Only Right Side rows are shown.

On Wrong Side rows, work all stitches as they appear, purl any yarn-over loops.

Repeat Rows 1-26 thoughout.

Garter stitch: Knit in right side and wrong side rows.

Gauge: 25 stitches and 32 rows = 10 x 10 сm (4 x 4 in).

Cast on 123 stitches and work 6 rows in garter stitch.

Continue in Lace pattern.

When work measures 24 cm (= 80 rows  = 5 pattern repeats in height), work 26 rows following the lace panel chart.

Continue in Lace pattern.

After 72 rows (= 3 pattern repeats) from the lace panel, for raglan shaping, knit together the 2nd and 3rd stitches from the edge on both sides in every 2nd row.

After 45 rows from the beginning of the raglan shaping, bind off the remaining stitches.

Front: Work same as back.

Cast on 83 stitches and work 6 rows in garter stitch.

Work 26 rows in Lace Panel.

Continue in Lace pattern.

After 72 rows (= 3 pattern repeats) from the lace panel, for raglan shaping, knit together the 2nd and 3rd stitches from the edge on both sides in every 2nd row.

After 45 rows from the beginning of the raglan shaping, bind off the remaining stitches.

Sew 3 raglan seams.

Pick up approximately 155–160 stitches around the neckline, work 6 rows in garter stitch, then bind off all stitches.

Sew the last raglan seam and the neckband seam.

Sew side and sleeve seams.
