Knitted pullover with yoke and lace pattern

Sizes: 8/10 (US 6/8).

Materials:

Yarn: 280 g (50% viscose, 50% acrylic, 351 m per 50 g ball); one pair knit needles and one circular needle, both size US 00 (1,75 mm), one auxiliary needle.

Stocking stitch: work RS rows K and WS rows P.

Rib Pattern: K1, P1 Rib.

Lace-Cable Pattern: 

Work according to chart. Only RS rows are shown.

On WS rows work all sts and yos P.

Repeat rows 1-24 throughout.

Gauge:

over St st: 26 sts and 34 rows = 10 x 10 cm;

in lace-cable pattern: 25 sts and 33 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Back: 

Cast on 106 sts and for the border work in Rib Patt for 5 rows. 

Cont to work in Lace-Cable Patt for 139 rows. 

Armhole Shaping: On Row 140 from border, bind off 6 sts at each end = 94 sts.  

Next, work in St st for 55 rows. 

Neck Shaping: On Row 196 from beg, bind off center 28 sts and 1 stitch every other row 3 times from each neck edge.

On Row 210 from beg, bind off rem 30 shoulder sts.

Front: 

Work like back, but with deeper neckline. 

Neckline Shaping: On Row 174 from beg, bind off center 30 sts and from each neck edge 1 stitch every other row 7 times.

On Row 210 from beg, bind off rem 30 shoulder sts.

Sleeve: 

Sew shoulder seam. 

Pick up 106 sts along armhole edge and work in Lace-Cable Patt for 132 rows. 

Sleeve Shaping: On Row 25 from pick-up row, bind off 1 st at each end, then 1 stitch every 4th row 23 times = 58 sts. 

Work rows 133 - 138 from pick-up row in Rib Patt, bind off sts.  

Finishing:

Sew side and sleeve seams. 

Neck Band: With circular needle, pick up 126 sts evenly around neck edge and work 5 rnds in Rib Pat. Bind off sts.
