Gauge:
Pattern sequence (average): 24.5 sts and 29 rows = 10 × 10 cm (4 × 4 in).
Back:
Cast on 110 (122) sts and work in the pattern sequence.
For armholes at a total height of 36 cm = 104 rows = 4 repeats of rows 1–26, bind off 4 sts at each edge, then decrease 1×3, 2×2, and 1×1 sts on both sides every other row = 86 (98) sts.
At a total height of 54 (55) cm, bind off all sts evenly.
Left Front:
Cast on 58 (62) sts and work in the pattern sequence.
Work the right armhole same as on back.
At a total height of 43 (44) cm, for the neckline, bind off 8 sts at left edge, then decrease 1×3, 4×2, and 5×1 sts every other row.
At a total height of 54 (55) cm, bind off the remaining 22 (26) sts evenly.
Right Front:
Work as left front, but mirrored.
Sleeves:
Cast on 58 sts and work in the pattern sequence.
At 19 cm total height, increase 1 st on both edges, then increase 11×1 st in every 6th row (or: 10×1 st in every 6th row and 3×1 st in every 4th row) = 82 (86) sts.
At a total height of 45 cm = 130 rows = 5 repeats of rows 1–26, shape sleeve cap by binding off 4 sts at each edge, then decrease 1 (2)×2, 14 (12)×1, 3 (4)×2, and 1×3 sts in every 2nd row.
At 14 cm sleeve cap height, bind off the remaining 24 sts.
Work second sleeve in the same way.

Lay out all pieces, moisten, and allow to dry.
Join shoulder seams.
Pick up approx. 110 sts along neckline, work 2 rows in stockinette stitch and 2 rows in reverse stockinette, then bind off all sts.
Pick up approx. 98 sts along each front edge including short sides of neckband, work 3 rows in reverse stockinette stitch, then bind off all sts.
