Eyelet Pullover

Size: Medium.

Materials:

Yarn: 500 g (100% Cotton, yardage = 170 m/100 g); one pair quick knit needles 4 mm (US 2,5) and crochet hook size 3.5 mm (US E).

Eyelet Pattern:

Work according to сhart. The chart shows only Right Side rows.

On Wrong Side rows, purl all sts and yo's, when knitting 2 yo's successively, knit the first yo, purl the 2nd yo.

Repeat Rows 1-8 throughout.

Back:

Cast on 82 sts and work in Eyelet Pattern.

For the Armhole Shaping, after 32 cm from beg, bind off at each end 3 sts, then on every 2nd row 2 sts twice and 1 st once.

For the Neck Shaping, after 49 cm from beg, bind off center 20 sts and complete both sides separately.

For rounding at inside edge, bind off 3 sts once, 2 sts once and 1 st once.

When piece measures 51 cm from beg, bind off remaining sts each side for shoulders.

Front:

Work like back, but with deeper neckline.

For the Neck Shaping, after 42 cm from beg, bind off center 20 sts and complete both sides separately.

For rounding at inside edge, bind off 3 sts once, 2 sts once and 1 st once.

When piece measures 51 cm from beg, bind off remaining sts each side for shoulders.

Sleeves:

Cast on 42 sts and work in Eyelet Pattern.

For Sleeve Shaping,  increase 1stitch each side every 6th row, incorporating new stitches into pattern.

For the Armhole Shaping, after 40 cm from beg, bind off at each end 3 sts, then on every 2nd row 2 sts twice, 1 st 12 times and 2 sts 3 times.

When piece measures 56 cm from beg, bind off remaining sts.

Finishing:

Sew shoulder and side seams.

Sew sleeve seams and set in sleeves.

Crochet 1 rnd sc and 1 rnd crab stitch (= sc from left to right) around neck edge.
