Band Collar Pullover in Fancy Pattern

Size: 10/12 (US 8/10)

Materials:

Yarn: 400 g (50% Wool, 50% Acrylic, yardage = 280 m/100 g); one circular needle size US 2.5 (3 mm).

Fancy Pattern:

Work according to chart. Only RS rows are shown.

On WS rows work all sts as they appear, purl yos.

Repeat Rows 1-10 throughout.

Back:

Cast on 80 sts and work in Fancy Pattern.

Armhole Shaping: When piece measures 40 cm from beg, at each end bind off 3 sts once, 2 sts once, 1 st twice on every 2nd row.

When piece measures 62 cm from beg, bind off all sts.

Front:

Work like back, but with neckline.

Neckline Shaping: When piece measures 57 cm from beg, bind off center 15 sts and complete both sides separately.

For neckline rounding bind off at each end 2 sts once and 1 stitch 3 times on every 2nd row.

Sleeves:

Cast on 30 sts and work in Fancy Pattern.

Sleeve Shaping: Inc 1st at each end on every 8th row 18 times.

Cap Shaping: When piece measures 48 cm from beg, at each end bind off 3 sts once, 2 sts once, 1 st 12 times, 2 sts once, 3 sts once on every 2nd row.

When piece measures 58 cm from beg, bind off all sts.

Finishing:

Sew the right shoulder seam.

Band Collar Shaping: Pick up sts and work 4 cm in Fancy Pattern.

Sew the left shoulder seam and sew the collar tog.

Sew side and sleeve seams. Set in sleeves.
