Cardigan with Mesh Pattern and Cables

How to knit Cardigan with Mesh Pattern and Cables:
Size: US 8–10 / UK 12–14 (EU 38/40)
Materials:
600 g yarn (100% acrylic, 190 m/100 g); 4 mm needles.
Purl garter stitch: work all rows in purl stitches.
Stockinette stitch: right-side rows work knit stitches, wrong-side rows work purl stitches.
Mesh pattern:
Work according to chart 1.
Cable pattern:
Work according to chart 2.
Gauge:
Stockinette stitch: 18 stitches and 26 rows = 10 x 10 cm (4 x 4 inches).

Back:
Cast on 80 stitches and work 6 rows in purl stitches (3 ridges of garter stitch).
Continue for 12 rows over the mesh pattern, in the last row increase evenly 31 stitches.
Continue with the cable pattern.
Work alternately the mesh pattern and the cable pattern, decreasing evenly 31 stitches in the first row of the mesh pattern and increasing evenly 31 stitches in the last row of the cable pattern.
For the armholes, after 44 cm (17.3 inches) from the cast-on edge, bind off on both sides 1 time 5 stitches and from the armhole edge work 4 stitches in stockinette stitch.
After 20 cm (7.9 inches) from the beginning of the armholes, bind off all stitches.

Right Front:
Cast on 44 stitches and work 6 rows in purl stitches (3 ridges of garter stitch).
Continue in the following distribution: 4 stitches in wrong-side garter stitch for the front band, 12 rows over 36 stitches in the mesh pattern, in the last row increase evenly 15 stitches.
Continue with the cable pattern.
Work alternately the mesh pattern and the cable pattern, decreasing evenly 15 stitches in the first row of the mesh pattern and increasing evenly 15 stitches in the last row of the cable pattern.
For the neckline, after 35 cm (13.8 inches) from the cast-on edge, bind off on the right side in every fourth row 8 times 1 stitch.
For the armhole, after 44 cm (17.3 inches) from the cast-on edge, bind off on the left side 1 time 5 stitches and from the armhole edge work 4 stitches in stockinette stitch.
For the shoulder shaping, after 20 cm (7.9 inches) from the beginning of the armhole, bind off on the left side 1 time 27 stitches.
After 6 cm (2.4 inches) from binding off the shoulder stitches, bind off the remaining stitches.

Left Front:
Work symmetrical to the right front.

Sleeves:
Cast on 51 stitches and work in the cable pattern, increasing on both sides in every tenth row 13 times 1 stitch.
After 51 cm (20.1 inches) from the cast-on edge, bind off all stitches.
Work the second sleeve in the same way.

Finishing:
Join shoulder and side seams.
Join sleeve seams and set sleeves into armholes.
Join the edges of the front band and sew to the back neckline.
