Cardigan with a Fantasy Stitch Pattern

How to knit the cardigan with a fantasy stitch pattern:
Size: US 8–10, UK 12–14.

Materials:
800 g yarn (54% acrylic, 23% bamboo, 23% cotton, 262 m/200 g); knitting needles 6.0 mm (US 10, UK 4).

Ribbing Pattern: work *1 purl stitch, 1 knit stitch*, repeat throughout.
Garter Stitch: work all stitches as knit stitches on right-side and wrong-side rows.
Fantasy Stitch Pattern: work according to the chart.

Gauge: garter stitch = 15 stitches x 28 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Back:
Cast on 70 stitches and work in the Ribbing Pattern.
After 8 cm from the cast-on edge, continue in Garter Stitch.
When the piece measures 59 cm from the cast-on edge, bind off all stitches.

Right Front:
Cast on 36 stitches and work in the Ribbing Pattern.
After 8 cm from the cast-on edge, arrange the stitches as follows: 12 stitches in the Ribbing Pattern, 12 stitches in the Fantasy Stitch Pattern, 12 stitches in Garter Stitch.
When the piece measures 59 cm from the cast-on edge, bind off all stitches.

Left Front:
Cast on 36 stitches and work in the Ribbing Pattern.
After 8 cm from the cast-on edge, arrange the stitches as follows: 12 stitches in Garter Stitch, 12 stitches in the Fantasy Stitch Pattern, 12 stitches in the Ribbing Pattern.
When the piece measures 59 cm from the cast-on edge, bind off all stitches.

Sleeves:
Cast on 28 stitches and work 7 cm in the Ribbing Pattern, increasing 28 stitches in the last row = 56 stitches.
Continue in Garter Stitch.
When the piece measures 45 cm from the cast-on edge, bind off all stitches.
Work the second sleeve in the same way.

Finishing:
Sew the right and left fronts to the back along the upper edge (18 cm).
Sew the side seams (27 cm), leaving 19 cm open for the armholes and a 13 cm slit at the lower sides.
Sew the sleeves (45 cm) and set them into the armholes.
